Gideon is a male mini Australian Shepherd, he is tri color, black, tan and white with brown eyes.   He is crate trained, super friendly and loves other dogs and cats.  He will not be adopted to anyone with an apartment, or rental. You must have a 6' fenced in back yard.

Adoption fee is $550.00

Florida ONLY Adoption, no out of state.

An Application must be submitted to be considered to adopt.  Please do not apply if you are not available to adopt within a week of approval.  Our applications are  located under the FORM/APPLICATION Tab on our website www.eastcoasthumanesociety.com  

There is a $20 suggested donation to expedite an application.  Please note,  application processing time can normally run 10 to 15 business days.  We do not do first applied, but best match for each individual animal.  Adoption fees are Money Order or Cash only.  

Please check with your Building Manager/Landlord/Rental Management Company and/or HOA for breed and weight restrictions, etc, w e will check.

All puppies and adult dogs have been micro-chipped, vaccinated,  and treated for;  fleas, ticks, worms and parasites, additional treatments will  be needed.

Our dogs 7 months and older will additionally  have been heart-worm tested and neutered.  We do require that all puppies be neutered/spayed by 7 months in our contracts.

Our pets are cared for in loving foster homes.  Please note the state in each pups name to see what state they are being fostered in.

We do not have a facility, but will schedule a place and time for adoptions.    

We are not available by phone until you have an approved application to adopt. We are all volunteers and time is very limited.
