Im a 9 week old purebred Shiba Inu pup and cute as a button. I love to play and run and follow you everywhere. I dont bark at all, wonder if I will when Im older?  Im all puppy and just wanna have fun! My vet says Im in excellent health and I now know why the breeder gave me to rescue. I have a slightly deformed back leg. You really really have to pay attention to notice it. My vet says Im in no pain and as best he can tell, I dont need surgery.  We require an excellent vet reference to adopt Buttons and experience with the Shiba Inu breed. Additionally, Buttons is being fostered in Georgia. Please do not complete an application unless you are willing to pick up in Georgia. We will not transport puppies this young. Thank you for choosing rescue! Most of our pets are in Ga, but can be transported to the northeast or Florida for an additional fee. All friends over 6 months have been spayed or neutered and heartworm tested. All of our adoptables have been vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped. We accept cash only for adoption fees.  We have adoptables from Fl to NH. If the dog that you are interested in is not in your state, they can be transported to you, providing that you are along route. Adoption applications are available at www.eastcoasthumanesociety.com under ADOPT. Please be aware that some of our pictures are intake pix, taken on the day that the dog arrived. We update after they are groomed and as time allows. There will be a Fl and a northeast transport within the next two weeks.
